Our Story

High Tech Heating & A/C, Inc started with a company name drawn on a napkin with the confidence and enthusiasm of the founder David C. Bryan. His background and enthusiasm to help people and work in a very exciting advancing industry was all the fuel he needed.

With this dream and a young family High Tech began. We opened our doors in May of 1986, with Dave, his wife Darci, a van and the guidance of mentors in the industry, including his father, Walter Bryan. A full sheet metal shop for installation of HVAC systems and a 24-hour service department was constructed that year in the back yard of the Bryan home. The company began as a certified and bonded Lennox Dealer and later expanded to offer other top of the industry brands including Daikin and Trane.

In the early nineties, High Tech expanded into Jefferson County with the acquisition of another Lennox dealership Loeder Heating and Oil. The two locations were combined under one roof in 1994, where we continue operations today.
