Scheduling Policies

To our valued customers: 

Due to the fast and ever changing Wisconsin weather, High Tech Heating & A/C will require a credit card on file to schedule any after hours, emergency visits. This credit card will not be charged until fees have been discussed with the service technician or you cancel the appointment. The cancellation fee will be equal to $100. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to allow us to help as many customer as possible with the extreme weather conditions we endure.
